Measure and compare volume I

1. How to read scales to nearest division.
We want to measure the volume of liquid using unit.
Look at the activity in measuring volume of liquid.
We use colour water in this activity.

1.1 Litre (l)
Pour some water into the beaker.
a) Look at the volume of water in the beaker.














It is 1 litre.

b) Pour some more water into the beaker.
Look at the volume of water in the beaker now.














It is 2 litres
